Alan Kittner joined Xenon's Board of Directors in April 20th 2007. Mr. Kittner is a General Partner with INVESCO Private Capital, a diversified venture capital firm. Alan has more than two decades of health care experience in private equity as both an investor and entrepreneur spanning a variety of market segments including medical devices, life sciences, diagnostics and health services. His current Director and board observer involvements include Barosense, DiscoverX, Liposcience, Novasys Medical, and Point Biomedical. Alan received an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California, Berkeley.
