Our mission is to discover, develop and commercialize innovative and differentiated medicines based on genetically defined targets.

We are a life sciences company focused on developing innovative therapeutics based on novel drug targets that are clinically validated by human genetics. We are performing research and development activities, in some cases with leading global pharmaceutical companies, focused in the therapeutic areas of pain, iron metabolism, metabolic and cardiovascular disorders. Our lead products are currently in Phase 2a proof-of-concept trials for inflammatory and neuropathic pain.
